Scope of Work:
Researched and evaluated technology inflection points with a focus on 5G and 6G
applications to identify potential risks and opportunities. Development targets were set for
key emerging applications across OnLogic’s eight core markets, incorporating geo-regional
considerations to align with market-specific demands and risk profiles. The emergence of AI
and machine learning was analyzed for its impact on these markets, identifying both
opportunities and potential disruptions.
To mitigate market risks, strategic language, technical solutions, value propositions, and
scripts were developed, synchronized, and deployed. These tools were designed for the
Business Development Team, enabling them to address identified risks and opportunities
while ensuring consistent alignment with market risk mitigation objectives. This approach
ensured proactive navigation of market uncertainties and maximized the advantages of
technological advancements.

Scope of Work:A market strategy and implementation scheme were established for a start-up that was
revitalized through the reacquisition of a suite of technology patents. Three distinct product
areas were defined, with collateral materials developed to support go-to-market (GTM)
activities in a pre-seed environment, strategically staged for deployment as seed funding
accelerates. Numerous presentations were delivered to various investor classes, including
venture capitalists, angel investors, and strategic partners, with tailored investor deck content
to support funding efforts.
Additionally, LinkedIn and email campaigns were structured to facilitate outreach to a
nationwide pool of angel investors. Attendance at select technology conferences was
organized, accompanied by professional collateral and performance analytics. A new website was launched, supported by written articles and other materials to maximize visibility and
exposure for the start-up, contributing to investor engagement and broader market
awareness.

Continuous business and market intelligence was provided for Aerospace, Defense, Medical,
and high-reliability Industrial and Computing applications in the U.S. marketplace. A
comprehensive market strategy was developed from the ground up, establishing new
business channels and forming an independent representative network to manage these
channels effectively.
A new technology license featuring disruptive material and processing qualities was
introduced, following the development of a margin risk model in collaboration with the
equity partner. This model mathematically compared conservative, static, and optimistic
return scenarios, enabling a clear understanding of the potential risks and rewards of the
license investment. The strategy ensured the alignment of market opportunities with the
investment’s risk profile, facilitating informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

Led inaugural declassified data digital transformation for newly formed commercial line-of-business integrating both space and aerial imagery into commercially viable solutions.

 

Launched first interactive point-of-view solution leveraging all available layers of digital imagery for defense logistics associated with preparation for 2016 Olympics in Brazil.  

Developed commercialization plan and marketing launch for aerial imagery division of commercial imagery.

 

Proactively integrated digital imagery and associated metadata with an app designed specifically for emergency response communications regarding the catastrophic 2011 Boulder Fourmile Fire.
